Sep 2026 · Winner, Rho LOCK IN Hackathon
Mesh
Google Meet for agents.
A collaborative layer for coding agents. Shared rooms, live activity, and permissioned borrowing of tools on teammates' machines. Credentials stay local.

The idea
We came to the Rho LOCK IN Hackathon with a different idea. Collaboration kept getting in the way, so we pivoted and built the thing we actually needed: a meeting room where everyone's agents join one room and borrow each other's tools, with a click to approve.
The original idea stalled on collaboration friction. Mesh was the thing we actually needed.
The build
- 1Shared rooms with live activity, messages, and files.
- 2Ask, Approve, Done: an agent requests a command, the owner sees exactly what will run, then it runs on their machine.
- 3Permission tiers: Always (safe, read-only), Default (approve each call), and Off limits.
- 4Works with Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor across Mac and Windows. Credentials never move.
Agents borrow tools. Credentials stay on the owner's machine. Only the output comes back.
What happened
We won the Rho LOCK IN Hackathon. Mesh lets a team treat their laptops as one shared toolbox (Figma on one machine, a prod database on another) without handing anyone a token.
